Ngara is a very small town located on the Tanzanian side Cfm our 2-way CW QSO near the place where Burundian, Rwandan and Tanzanian borders join. I spent 2 months in this hilltop location working for the CFN21-May-95 1720 UTC 199 UNHCR, first weeks living in a tent.
